Ordered 2 sandwiches, received 1 and it was just packed with mayo, smelled disgusting. If this happened once I wouldn’t make a review, but this is every time I get food from this location, either an item is missing, or it’s straight up not edible.

I come here often because it is near my house. It seems it doesn't matter what time I go, they are always out of chicken or mac and cheese. They're soda fountain.Ice maker has been out of commission for over four months and they have to scoop out ice from a cooler. The last time I went, it was three p m.And they were already out of spicy chicken. I told the employee that they should put chicken to cook anticipating orders and she gave me a dirty look.

The pieces were small, excessively greasy, and clearly not the “signature chicken” advertised on the menu. I paid $23 for thighs and drumsticks the size of winglets—completely unacceptable. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here. On a previous visit, I was overcharged—ordered the 3-piece meal special, which should have been $5, but the cashier rang up each item separately, costing me $15. Unfortunately, I only realized this after getting home. To make matters worse, today’s service was incredibly poor. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the employee ignored me, casually messing with mashed potatoes. There were no other customers around,

I had a strong desire for Popeyes chicken, but unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The chicken did not seem fresh and had an unpleasant taste. The biscuits were quite stale and firm. The mashed potatoes had the flavor of being microwaved. The french fries were excessively greasy and soggy. I am quite disappointed, as this was a regrettable expenditure.

It’s a shame that yall say yall close at 2 am but when a customer is trying to order at 1:40 am yall are kicking me out & saying your closed 😂 like aren’t you on the clock & getting paid to satisfy customers? Hire a new crew.
