I paid almost $13 for blackened tenders, just the tenders. They handed me a soaking wet box of tenders that were half the size of my thumb finger. They also told me I wasn't allowed the sauce/rub that I wanted for them, so I got NO condiments. I did NOT get what I paid for, and called and asked for a refund. I explained to them that I could not revisit the same day due to time and distance, and the lady told me there was "nothing she is willing to do." And before she tries to deny that, I have two witnesses that heard the entire conversation when I called. Ya'll don't eat here. She said she was the shift lead, and that she didn't even have a phone number I could call. Go check tiktok if you want a visual 😤

There is a girl who works drive thru and if she’d shut up and stop calling my husband sweetie and hun every other word, it would be a much smoother experience. I listened to her take the order in front of us which was a lady and she didn’t say it one time. Its rude, annoying, and unprofessional. Going to be stuck in a drive thru your whole life SWEETIE

The chicken was cold, but tasted really good, because of hungry at the time. (To owner, please forgive me, I left out of review, that the chicken did taste good. And when this occurred, it was about 8 p.m. in the evening.)

I ordered fried pickles. Why was there four pieces of pickle with a wrapper paper under it to look full? I did not pay $3.99 for that. When I called the store, the employee was dismissive. I live 30 minutes from there. I could not return. I won’t be back. Disgusting and unprofessional.

So is your chicken 3d printed or lab grown??? I had to spit out several bites because it didn't chew right. If the chicken strips get any smaller youins will have to call them nuggets. The covid shrinkflation hit popeyes hard. I wont spend my money on that trash food anymore.
