Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Got here at 2 pm no one in line and it still took 10 minutes just to order. I watched the employees serve 20 cars before I was able to order. After ordering I sit down and waited over 30 minutes to get my food , I was here over 45 minutes. Unacceptable !

Stop in to have lunch with my dad we stood at the register for 8 mins and finally manger came out to tell us they open at 11am i asked why was the door unlocked she said for employees then she asked what we wanted we placed our order and as preparing food never washed her hands and two other employees came in to work and start right handling food without washing hand lobby was nasty restrooms as well I asked for refund and left .

Really hate writing bad reviews but folks need to know as well as the business needs to know. Me and my son went to get some chicken tonight. There were several cars in front of us. We placed our order and waited at least 15 minutes for our order. We pulled up to the window and the employee said what were your sides again? I told her, but wondered why she didn't see them on the order screen. Then the employee said the drink was unsweet tea right? No it was diet coke. I wasn't paying attention when she grabbed the cup filled it with ice, my son said the employee was putting ice in the cup, so the employee had to make another cup. Prior to this December, their food was what you’d expect from Popeye’s. However, recently, the quality and service has changed drastically at this location. My husband ordered a 3 piece chicken meal, and one of the pieces was so tiny with hardly even a bite of meat on it. I ordered 2 large red beans/rice sides, and paid $20 for those sides alone. I drove home, tasted the side I purchased, and made the drive back to return the other one due to its lack of flavor. Come to find out upon arriving that I was charged double. $10 for each side when it should have been $5 each. The manager refunded me $5 and when I checked the receipt before leaving, I realized I was charged $10 for the one side and went back in to ask for my additional $5 back. Pull up to the drive thru the employees are cussing up a storm using the “f” word with mo regard to a customer being right there. Then bring my food to me and don’t even speak. No sorry for you wait or have a good day or anything. Just handed me my bag and looked at me like I’m crazy.
