Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My chicken was dry and crispy. The taste was not like Popeyes Chicken should be. They don’t give you enough mashed potatoes and lots of gravy. A young on staff was using profanity while I sat in their eating. They chicken should be cooked as it is ordered. People want freshly cooked chicken. Not hard chicken that’s been sitting there. The cashier didn’t charge me correctly. The was my first & last visit to this location. People are changing the recipe of Popeye’s Chicken. I don’t like it.

We just ordered the mix and match deal for 25.99 and they did not give us our chicken sandwich and the wings liked like they just threw a packet of barbecue on them. The fries were cold and hard. I tried calling the location multiple times after we got home they never answered. To top it off the lines for Mac n cheese were all the way around the building with a 10 minute wait. I’m so disappointed on their cold night we chose to take advantage of this meal deal.

We got 2 specials and today was the first time in a long time everything we ordered was delicious, and I absolutely loved the biscuits they were nice and moist 💙. Thank you for providing a meal for my family that made us remember "back in the day", when no matter when we got food; we were a satisfied with our meal.....👍🏼👍🏼❣️ Please continue to serve quality over quantity. Times are harder than they have ever been, and waisting our hard earned money on a meal that is not of "GOOD QUALITY" but it is served to us anyway from you, know this isn't quality food your giving 🙏🏼❣️

My husband got takeout for us here he ordered 2 3 piece chicken strip meals with mashed potatoes and gravy. We ended up getting two 3 piece chicken dinners with red beans and rice. I called and complained and they wanted us to drive in rush hour traffic to return the meals and get what we ordered. The manager did not even apologize or care. Do better. I work in a full service fast food restaurant and we offer to replace meals if the customers get something they don’t order. We make the customer happy. Do better look at all of your terrible reviews. Popeyes desperately needs a corporate office here in Omaha.

Just don't do it. If the people working here feel the need to let their true selves out of the cage , you'll regret getting food from this store. The "help" will intentionally alter your food to harm you. I suffered for quite awhile after 1 bite of the mac and cheese, which is not spicy, but had been spiced up with ,Im assuming, ghost pepper. Burned lips, throat, and stomach. Went back in and no one cared. And they were all scared to taste the Mac and cheese they had just given me. So eat there at your own risk.
