Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I really only ever order a spicey chicken sandwich because the rest of the menu is a little expensive, but at $6.59 you cant beat it. The guy at the register was upbeat, friendly and delivered a fresh, good sandwich. The attached photo doesnt do justice. The piece of chicken was huge and taste great!

I had a really bad experience at this Popeyes. The lady at the counter was rude and acted racist. I ordered 6 chicken wings, but she gave me all chicken legs instead. When I tried to ask about it, she told me I was asking too many questions and wouldn’t even let me speak. The service was 0/10 — the food was not what I ordered, and the chicken legs were hard to eat. She clearly treats people differently based on who they are. Very disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. I won’t be coming back here again.

Minimal wait to order, Bianca was friendly and polite! Ordered 5pc classic tenders and 5pc blackened a la carte, extra mashed potatoes. Waited for the blackened as I know they're made to order. Maybe waited 5 minutes all told....came in at 6 or so pm. Over great experience!

I come to this TA and OKC pretty often. Oklahoma City is our favorite town in the entire country, because of all the times we've been here, or I've been here, I've only encountered one person ever who was rude. And that was the lady who answered the phone over at cattleman's steakhouse in the stockyards. And another thing, all of you idiots on this "racist" theology, need to stop watching mainstream media and get off of social media. Maybe even try becoming a critical independent thinker for once, instead of parroting what you hear and see on tictac. That being said, I can't imagine how people are leaving reviews of the employees here being rude. The kid at the counter, was super happy, and he was nice to every single person that came in there. Ordered Uber Eats delivery. Half the order was completely missing. When I called to see what happened I was repeatedly interrupted, and eventually hung up on. I called back and it took several minutes before they finally picked up. All I got was excuses. All I needed was one basic apology, but this was just too much for this establishment. They hung up on me a second time. If you look at my reviews you will see most of my reviews are 5 stars. I'm pretty easy to please because I never expect perfection, especially from fast food. But this was terrible. Avoid this location, or at least check your order thoroughly before you leave.
