Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Horrible experience! Waited over 20 minutes to order then once I ordered was told to pull around front and ended up waiting another 22 minutes for a large shrimp combo that I could fit in the palm of my hand. Complete joke. Only 15 small pieces of shrimp in a small side dish. Definitely not worth the price or the time and it doesn’t match what is advertised on the menu. I ate the shrimp in one bite. They say it’s a quarter pound but it’s more like a quarter bite.

It was really good food, my aunt had bought the 16pc family bundle with the biscuits, 2 sides of potatoes, one side of beans and rice, and an extra side of Cajun fries. It fed 6 adults and 2 kids well enough! We don't typically go to Popeye's since we don't eat out a lot, but I'm glad we decided to eat some delicious Popeye's chicken! Excellent meal for the family!

If I could give zero stars I would but the system wouldn't allow it! Do not order the quarter pound shrimp they're going to give it to you in a small container versus the box and no fries either. The young teen looking black girl in the front has a nasty attitude with horrible customer service. This location here on Craig Road sucks!

Just left here at 4:40pm 11/8/2025 ate some fries out the box when I got home and to my surprise I start to swallow and that is when I felt the long piece of hair in my mouth. So disappointed and disgusted.🤢 The chicken sandwich had hair in it too,smh.

The chicken was hard and still pink. It had pieces of something black in it….still don’t know what that was. I’ve worked at fast food places as a cook and know how chicken looks when it’s been sitting, the difference is my restaurant threw it away, not cooked with it, and definitely didn’t serve to customers. Peel back the skin before you eat here. Disappointing, so better 👎
