I went through the drive-thru today and had such a great experience. The young man taking my order was so nice and polite. He had a great attitude and made me feel welcome. I honestly wish I could’ve tipped him because that’s how good his customer service was. When I got to the window, I asked for his name — it was Shawn. What a nice kid he is! Employees like him deserve recognition. Y’all need to give that boy a raise! I also want to mention Saniya — she was very helpful and kind as well. Both of them made my visit smooth and enjoyable. Great customer service all around!

I’m a regular customer I went there always first time I got a fresh food within 3 min 8pc family meal there is a young new general manager he’s a very nice person I don’t know his name but he doing a good job before crew was a rude they give bad cold food before now I go every day I got a fresh food very fast service I like that

This was the worst. First... Check your bag. We order two fivers. Which should be 6 pieces of chicken. We got 2!!! We are 45 min away so not enough food for everyone. Also they didn't have tarter sauce. How do you sell fish sandwiches and the shrimp tackle box with no tarter sauce. You don't!!! Also the shrimp was dry and hard. As far as I am concerned. DON'T GO We will never try again

Went here for the first time. Chicken was cooked but had no flavor at all in the breading. Was a little disappointed in the lack of flavor and the price. There was a gentleman who took our order as we went through the drive through that needs more training on how to do a drive through order. He assumed after one item that we were done ordering. We weren’t. He spoke so quietly that you couldn’t really hear him at the speaker.

Short version: Quick and friendly customer service. Hot, fresh, and delicious food. Long version: Don’t usually do the Fried Chicken thing, but wanted to check out the hype. They are brand new, so crazy busy! They still do a good job on getting you out as quick as possible. Expect long waits until things settle down though. Giving 4 stars because we ordered Spicy Tenders but got regular instead. I didn’t want to wait in line and they were still tasty. Also, the containers of slaw and Mac and cheese could have been filled a little more IMO. Other than that, I can see what the hype is about. I don’t even know how KFC is still around these days after trying Popeyes. Mac and Cheese is way better than KFC. The Coleslaw was unique. I think it had dill flavoring in it. It was still pretty good.
