İngilizce çeviri: I ordered food here, but it was very bad and not clean. They are putting people’s health at risk — there was a piece of plastic inside the fries. I reported this to the store manager and politely warned them to be more careful. I definitely do NOT recommend this place, and I will never order food from this store again.

If I could give this NEGATIVE stars I would because of- 1. INCREDIBLE RUDENESS 2. A 30 MINUTE WAIT TIME I ordered 3-pc chicken, 1 fries, and 1 chicken sandwich. My order was clocked in at 8:15 PM Sunday 8/29 and I walked out of there at 8:45 PM. TELL ME WHY it takes 30 mins to make a sandwich. We saw a guy say to a girl in the kitchen after 25 mins passed -“Are you ready to make sandwiches?” Insane. My order was taken by Amirah who was snarky, smirked, unapologetic and rude to others; overall showed an INCREDIBLY POOR attitude. How is this acceptable customer service? Corporate and franchise owners- TRAIN YOUR STAFF so paying customers don’t have to suffer such an awful experience like we did today.

This was literally the worst fast food experience I've ever had in my entire life. My partner my child and myself were stopping in just to order something rather quickly and noted that there is nobody else around in line so we placed an order using a kiosk than another gentleman showed up after us and ordered we then proceeded to stand there for about 15 minutes with nobody at the counter besides the cook occasionally looking out at us on the floor. Another like 10 minutes went by and a young lady came out from the parking lot and then got behind the counter and proceeded to pretty much just ignore all of us. More customers came in and started placing more orders. And that's when the fun began. We just ordered a sandwich just a sandwich and subsequently what transpired was all of the peop

Extremely slow service. We ordered 5 pieces of tender combo meals and we waited for 40 mins. Apparently they skipped our order in the system so had to make it on the spot when we asked. The employees are taking their sweet time / walking very slow… definitely will not recommend to eat here and will not come back. Added another hour to our trip for no reason.

Worst experience of my life! Ordered family pack, cajun fries, coleslaw and frozen strawberry lemonade at 12:36pm and got my order at 1:26pm. Waited 50 minutes to receive my order. Basically, their system went down and had to manually do the orders. They prioritized all the small orders till the chicken run out and we had to wait for our order. We kept getting deprioritized as the staff kept completing all the newest orders. Worst case of customer service ever.
