Always enjoy going to popeyes in moss bluff. Caleb makes sure we get everything we need. With ny girls its always something extra. Specific frozen strawberry lemonade, ketchup, strawberry jam no others will do. Lol. I also enjoy seeing alot of those kids grow into adults over the years. Good job moss bluff popeyes. Nobody's perfect. As long as you always strive to be better than yesterday. Thanks again

App mobile order placed at 8:44p for 5 pc dark 2 redbeans 1 coleslaw, I marked the ready time to be at 9:15. Arrive at 9:15 nobody responds at the screen menu, have to drive to window. Was told at window that there's no dark meat fried that it'll take an additional 15 mins to fry. WHY is there a ready time in your app if your food isn't going to be ready for that time!?? They had 30 mins to fry the chicken before arriving!! Your managers excuse was that "everyone was cleaning". Everyone should NOT be cleaning at 8:45p someone has to take/make the orders and why are you cleaning and have no dark chicken prepared when you close at 1am?? So I pull up and wait & at 9:48 more than a half hour AFTER it was due to be ready & 15 mins longer than they said it would take & more than an HOUR since t

Moss Bluff, Louisiana Popeyes on Sam Houston Parkway has the worst customer service. The workers think it is funny to have you waiting for your food. I do work in customers service for over 25 years at a casino so I do know how to treat customers. My customers would say I'll go above and beyond for them but the treatment I received on today was not that. The person in drive thru wanted me to change my order after they had took my order and was in line for almost 20 minutes before I got my order taken. I usually never leave comments when I receive unsatisfied service but today I needed too because I'm getting tired of going to restaurants and receiving horrible service and the workers make you feel like you done something wrong for coming to their establishment.

Went on November 28 and picked up 4 different wing orders. All of the orders were not hot with hardly any sauce on them. They everyone who ate complained that it wasn't good. Furthermore, I have food poisoning for 3 days since then, and I did not eat anything else other than Popeyes that day. This is also the second recent review that mentions food poisoning, I will never be going back here, I don't feel safe eating at a place that doesnt care for food safety.

I stopped in earlier today (around 11:00) to get my mom some lunch. Her tenders were basically too hard for her to eat and her red beans were not included. It was not feasible to drive back once I got to her house. Besides one car in the drive thru, I was the only other customer there. The lady standing at the counter had her back to me and was on the phone. Another worker asked her for a number for register and he took my order. She never turned around. While he took the initiative and took my order, he was also the one that filled it incorrectly.
