Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

They had plenty of help and the food was good. Popeye’s is pretty consistent. The cajun gravy is THE BEST!! This particular store was clean and had people working there that seemed to understand the assignment.

Its happened twice now, once at two separate stores. I go through the drive through and am told "there will be a wait on your food, please pull up to one of the parking spots." And then I'm forgotten. Im done with popeyes. It dosent matter how good the food if they never bring it to you. Just like I said in a previous review, if they tell you to pull into a parking spot your more likely to be forgotten then get your food.

I ordered a 8 piece of chicken legs and I asked for four them to be spicy and the rest to be normal. They told me I would have to wait 15 minutes but instead it took them 40 minutes to come to me with food.

Do not go to this location. As I placed my order for all dark meat chicken I was told it was going to take 15 to 20 minutes which I was fine with but instead took almost an hour. So I went inside to ask about the status of my order and apparently they knew nothing about it but then found out they gave it to another customer. The manager took care of me but the young lady who took my order didn't apologize for admitting she screwed up the order.

Would be 5 stars all around, but the cashier gave my wife and I the senior discount for being "so young." I love discounts but we're only 48 and neither of us look older than what we are! We definitely don't act like it either 😂
