Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Came in today I had some points for three piece ordered a custom order all thighs it's crazy man you guys gave me mainly skin no meat barely any gravy in my mashed potatoes customer service not friendly did not greet me had to tell him have a nice day for him to respond back to me so the machines need to be refilled all of them are mainly water had to get my drink from the TA One of the worst Popeyes I've been to in a while

I have not had Popeyes in years. I came In today and was impressed. The spicy chicken was great quality. Fries were fresh but my only recommendation is to increase the portion size of fries.

We were on a road trip and wanted something to eat, so we decided on Popeyes since we don’t have one of those close to us. I ordered on the app and I got the online offer for the 6 piece tender 2 can dine, which was 6 tenders, 2 biscuits, and 2 small sides for $9.99 which is a really good deal. I also got a large mac and cheese. We ordered about 5 minutes before arriving because we didn’t realize how close we were to the location. This location is attached to a gas station/convenience store, and it was very nice and clean in there. We told the assistant manager that we put in a mobile order, and he said it would be a few minutes. About 10 minutes later, our food was ready. Quick, friendly service & accurate order too - thank you for that. Food quality was great, tasty & hot. Cleanliness - at 1:30 pm, tables, not all cleaned & no one coming around, but at least 3 people working. Yes - I found lots of tables, clean and selected one of those. I will eat at more Pompey’s in the future, but do enjoy it better when everything is just right.

This Popeyes is located inside the TA TRAVEL CENTER truck stop and is easily accessible from East end Westbound Interstate - 40 and East and Westbound US 64 by using Yadkinville Road ( US 601 ). Employees here have always been cheerful, courteous, friendly and helpful no matter what time of day or night that I have been there to eat. I have never eaten a bad meal here whether it was a chicken sandwich, a fish sandwich, an original or cajun chicken plate or a shrimp plate. Only complaint I have is the biscuits keep getting smaller!
