Here’s a large from Popeyes in Millbrook. Ask for two smalls. And WHY at 8 pm on a FRIDAY is chicken NOT COOKED.. shouldn’t a chicken restaurant have chicken ready.????? Maybe we stupid. It’s an all time thing. After this time. We’re DONE

The new kiosk are up with technology, but restaurant management didn't consider a lot of disabled and older people eat here and need friendly and helpful staff to assist! They don't want to help and then get frustrated with the customer:(... The shipment of (thighs) is very small and for the price, it's unacceptable, an additional piece should be offered!

Worst experience ever!! This is ridiculous and I will NEVER go to popeyes again!! I spent $78 for a bag full of fries, crispy breading they are calling chicken tenders and nuggets they are calling wings. I've attached photos. I placed my order at 6:38pm online.  At 7:11pm I was told to pull up because they had to make my food. At 7:46 pm we went in and had to get our food and we came home to this. I'm so upset with the quality of this food that I will make sure to let everyone I know to not go to popeyes. Especially the one in Millbrook, AL!!!

This is a Taco Bell at Millbrook review absolutely did not review Popeyes only Taco Bell. I don’t know why it’s showing up as Popeyes review Nathanial M was our drive thru window guy. It was the Friday before the 3rd Saturday in October. He was the absolute sweetest and carried on such wonderful friendly banter with my Vol 4 Life husband. Our food and service was all great and fresh. But this young man’s friendly attitude would make anyone boss or momma proud. Thank you for being a good and kind young man Nathanial. You made my husband giggle in the middle of a 14 hour road trip that is normally on 8 hours so way to go young man!! And you we lost the game and you won!

I went inside and ordered food. I can literally see the 8pc tender meal on the menu. I ordered that and got told that there wasnt one. The lady behind the counter was super unhelpful as she just stared at me like I was dumb and kept saying they didnt have one.
