Customer Reviews
I went to this location on 13 Feb 2026 at 1150 in the morning. The “gentleman” behind the counter working the chicken is extremely rude. He should not be talking to customers. I ordered 2 meals. One meal got about 15 French fries and they just threw them in the bottom of the bag, no container. I also ordered a sweet tea. They keep the sweet tea behind the counter and they gave me a large ST with NO ice and not even room to put ice. Nothing like warm sweet tea. The other drink was supposed to be a root beer. I go to the station and there is no syrup for the soft drink. I let him know and says “just try one of the other stations”. The station on the other side of the room says out of order. The girl working the register was nice but the other guy is useless. Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to.
Placed my order about 3:25-3:30ish jan.8th,2026. very rude stuff with standing there for a while waiting for any kind of customer service. Then later placed my order. waited for a while for it and as I was checking out to order some more gravy because there was no gravy at all in the mashed potatoes and gravy that I ordered so I asked for more gravy for the potatoes of course I was charged for it though. I was waiting for 30-35 minutes for my order even had time, time go shopping for a few items got back wasn't even ready yet. Girl with short hair didn't even look like she knew what she was doing then an older lady came up and she had almost grabbed my food after telling me that I ordered chicken with bones I corrected her and said I did not order it I ordered chicken strips so therefore s
I was having a bit of trouble understanding the app. An employee named James did a wonderful job of explaining the app, rewards and all of the benefits associated with it. He always does a great job making my family and myself feel at home.
All I know is that Popeye's has THEE BESTEST chicken sandwiches on the planet! I tend 2 eat a chicken sandwich whenever I'm having a hard time deciding on what 2 get whenever we eat out. Well, my daughter brought me one home 4 dinner and I swear I could've eaten 2, maybe even 3! It was soooo good, I couldn't even believe it. Because, although it's my "go-to" i still usually prefer a burger but this was now my #1 pick. Thanks 4 the great experience!!
Good food, but super slow service. If you go there at lunch you will typically have a 20 min or more wait, because they never have enough staff. Stopped going there since it's too slow.
