Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I stopped by for lunch, and while the drive-thru was quick with no line and the employee was friendly, the food was just lukewarm, not hot. That seems to be a consistent issue, and it takes away from the overall experience. I understand this location is on a military base, but the food should still be served hot and fresh—that’s the bare minimum, even for a high-traffic area. It wasn’t a graduation day, so there were no crowds to blame. Just a regular visit where the prep and food quality could have been better. Hopefully they focus more on temperature and freshness moving forward.

I’ve been coming to this Popeyes for the longest time and the employees have always been insanely rude. Couldn’t ask for a packet of honey today before the girl slammed the drive through window shut. I would think a military location would hold its employees to a higher standard. On the plus side they’ve never given me the wrong food.

The chicken strips look like they were cut in half and the atmosphere was extremely crowded with nowhere to sit or stand. I do understand but I feel like they need to expand this building or put more staff in it because they’re clearly getting enough money from everyone that’s purchasing from Popeyes the drive-through was crazy crowded And I recommend the staff for trying to service as many people as possible but the chicken strips were like almost $17 for a meal with five strips that look like they were cut in half.

Nice place to grab some spicy chicken. Chicken sandwich is pretty good too. Clean facility, plenty of room to sit down and enjoy your meal. Beware that it gets pretty busy on family day.

The experience over all was ok but the lady that took my order was overly rude telling me stop talking mid order and not respond to the thing I say and then acting displeased with me even being there and her name was YOYO on her name tag over all the food was great but the service was horrible she was overly rude and not a fun experience
