Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I came here recently and was amazed! I got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it was delicious, maybe the best sandwich at Popeyes. The tenders were great too, but I like their signature chicken a lot more. 😁 it is connected with jersey mikes and there is lots of tables inside.

Took 20+ minutes to get a classic sandwich. Was told there was a wait on them, meanwhile people ordering the exact meal after me finished eating and left by the time I got my cold food. Also, not awesome to hear a managers complain they got customers when a group of people walk in to an empty restaurant. I really hope the staff gets replaced or at least retrained on service and basic customer/human interaction.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and they told me they were already closed. There was chicken in the display case and they refused to sell it. They should replace their staff with more efficient ones.

The neck beard behind the counter who looked like Vector from despicable me had the audacity to try and correct me when I was trying to order. I asked for a number 1 with ghost pepper and he said with the worst lisp imaginable "qsir the ghoqst pepper is the number 2." This boy didn't know there's a price difference and different toppings. So I got free bacon and cheese on my sandwich 😂 saved me a $1.50 and he really thought he spite me.

Some of the rudest employees out there. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. There was only one other car in the drive thru with me… lady at the window told me the total and snatch my card, handed it back and my food and didn’t say anything else.
