Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

To many bad reviews. But let's be honest you have to give these workers their props. That's the only chicken place on base, of course everybody gonna want to eat there. I come in this Popeyes EVERYDAY Monday-Friday for lunch time I dine in and observe. There line be to the door . But I got to admit that team have some hustle in them. The food is ALWAYS fresh. Of course it's going to be a wait time we soilders are ordering for our whole team sometimes. I'm just here to say if you can't wait for patience. You should eat somewhere else. Popeyes is not the only place on base. Kudos workers. I hope your management team give them praise for moving during their lunch rush

I won't be returning if I can help it. That one fem dude on drive through has the worst customer service ever. He definitely shouldn't be working on base, probably another part of columbus. At the very least get him off drive thru. When he's gone ill return. His ugly attitude sucks.

Combo was supposed to come with biscuit, says so on the menu, he didn’t put one in the bag, when I pointed it out he was very rude and yelled that only chicken tender combos come with a biscuit. I politely pointed him to the menu where it says “combos come with a biscuit” right above the sandwich combo, with nothing said about tenders only and he yelled, “well I’m not giving it to you.” Btw he was yelling at me while I’m in uniform and I dropped it and didn’t yell back because I was in uniform.

Someone put a very flamboyant dictator in charge (with blue hair) he was verbally abusive to the other workers, even yelling at them, sad! Awful experience!

That chicken was OFF THE HOOK today!!! The best Popeyes I’ve had in a long time!!! Keep up the great work. Oh and the service staff were extremely professional
