We love all of Popeyes food. We have 3 local ones around our area but the quality is very inconsistent, probably because of the big turnover of the young help they get. But, there is one store that makes perfect chicken time after time. Crispy on the outside and Juicy on the inside without ever being greasy. The only problem is that it's 25mi from our home. I had a taste for "delicious " fried chicken. I decided to go to Popeyes with the expectation of a delicious fried chicken meal. I ordered take out. When I arrived home and sat down to eat, I discovered the chicken was either overcooked, or re-heated beyond reason. The side order of red beans and rice was equivalent to two teaspoons for an extra $3.99. Wow! Usually it's pretty good. I may give them another try, but not anytime soon. I walked in and ordered my food.

I ordered on the mobile app. They use Doordash for delivery. I never received my order. A picture was taken then the person took the food and left. I contacted customer support 3 days ago and no one has gotten back to me. More importantly, my money was taken with nothing given in return.

I just had some spicy tenders tonight and the food was fresh. That's why I had to wait a little bit. But I'd rather do that then get some soggy chicken. It was great all around

Ordered one 3 piece chicken tender meal. Two cars in front of me and no customers inside. Got asked to pull up and waited over 15 minutes. 1 person taken the order and payment, 1 cook, and one worker playing on their phone. Just ridiculous.
