Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Waited in the drive thru for a few minutes and finally went inside because no one was taking orders. There were piles of food inside in the heater that cannot possibly be used within their hold time. I asked about the size of the chicken tender inside the wraps and was told they’re a good size so I ordered. Both tenders were pitifully small and our fries were cold.

I went up there for a simple red beans and rice and cup of water then went to the first window to pay by a young lady. I payed the first time and she said it didn’t go through. Me not thinking too much of it, tapped my card again and was charged $3.88 the second time. I drove off ready to enjoy my hot meal and get a notification saying my card was charged 7.69. I was confused because I only gotten red beans and rice so I call down there thinking it would be easily handled but apparently the price of either purchases weren’t popping up on their side of the screen. So in total I’ve spent $11.57 on red beans and rice!

Just close the doors and retrain everyone except the cashier. Never go here for lunch break unless you want to spend half your lunch trying to get your order correct. The managers at this place needs to manage to serve burnt, distasteful chicken in a franchise establishment like this. Burnt chicken!!! Who will even box burnt chicken!! #Speechless !! Stay away from this establishment

If you’re into slow service and staff who couldn’t give a cluck— you’re gonna love that chicken from this Popeye’s! I’m hoping the uncleanliness displayed in these pics are just a result of a very busy lunch hour (it was about 2:30p when these were taken). I’m still a fan of Popeye’s great flavor, but at $40+ for 3 small meals, it will be another long time before I get the cravin’ for their flavin’.

Freddy Fazbear Deluxe Box Food was good, but they didn't have the special box which is what my kids were hoping for.
