check your food before you leave drive thru. I was given chicken that must've been sitting for about an hour before it was served. and the cherry on top was no fries during dinner time lol. Management could use some coaching.

I literally waited an hour for my food my husband had to get off with the receipt and they looked all confused on the order then took another 10 minutes or so to give him our order. Worst “fast” food place.

Horrible service and their customer support number sends u to an app make sure u get a receipt or else u can’t get help. The lady at the location answered my call and practically laughed at me I called in cuz they didn’t give me my full order and still charged me for everything. There’s no adults just a bunch of kids under 30. Don’t go here expecting good service or food

We're out of town, in Laredo. Decided to stop in for their new item, Voodoo tenders, and of course a sandwich. We were told that they didn't have the sandwiches..WHAT! they're supposed to be BACK! We then ordered the tenders and were told that they don't have the chives for the Voodoo tenders. Bummer, BUT BUT! The cashier and the others were very nice and had really good customer service. How could you be mad. They did a good job.

I don’t even know where to begin the fact that I had hair my food. I asked for paper plates and napkins, had to go up twice because the cashier look like he was clearly under the influence. Also, the place was really hot inside. None of the employees also, the manager was not wearing any hairnet.
