Ordered a large mac and cheese and the container was only halfway full. The chicken wraps were cold and they also forgot the biscuit I ordered. When I went back to get it, they all looked at me as if I was lying. How do you mess up a mobile order? Terrible location.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Ordered the two piece combo and received one piece of chicken and didn’t receive any of the sauces that I ordered. Food is also poorly packaged.. not sure what’s going on here, but if humans are preparing the food and packaging the food, there’s clearly an issue with those folks.

Got here at 10:35pm and apparently they "closed" doors locked employee inside sweeping gave me closed sign language through window. Although posted hours said 11 pm for thankgiving eve. I get, We all are trying to make it home for the holidays. But the hours of operation should be honored as they appear

The Chicken is the worst I have ever eaten in my entire life. It was tasteless, completely dry without any meat or juice. Good part is that they replaced my order when I complained about it .

I placed an online order today. COMPLETE DISSAPOINTMENT. Missing my whole order of fries, dry hard biscuits, no sauces as asked for. Best of all when you try to call the restaurant it will ring through once, then they will take the phone off the hook so you get the busy tone. Smh definitely a let down tonight for basically $25 worth of food. I never make reviews lol smh I’m hurt 😭
