Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The staff definitely needs some customer service training. Just standing there and not acknowledging any of the customers is not a good way to go about fast food. Also if you say thank you to a person that they should probably say you're welcome or no problem or at least something. It just seems like the people are mannerless every time I go in there.

Got the flyer in the mail so ditched our plans to go here. Worth it! Wanted to try the wings. The cashier made a suggestion and we went with 6 piece honey BBQ combo and Todd got a 12-piece combo. I got coleslaw as my side and he got the mashed potatoes. Ranch for the dip. These were delicious! I'ma have to come back for the other flavors. A crispy wing covered in a flavorful sauce. The ranch cools the spiciness. I loved it. Good mouth feels. I couldn't even finish and Todd cleared his 12 and his side but couldn't stay for desserts. So good. Can't wait to come back for more.

In my opinion it's Definitely better then KFC. The chicken was good, mashed potatoes good but the mac needy work. It could be great but l haven't been to one that's ran very well. Customer service was mediocre. No wait on table but waited to long to receive food from a "fast food" place.

If I could give this a 0 stars I would. Being from Louisiana Popeyes is my first choice when it comes to chicken but this location is a joke. They never have anything. How is it your always running out of food. I'm not understanding this, and its really every time. And the staff is lazy when it comes to your food. They dont care at all. I won't go back

I just visited a Popeyes in Louisville Ky and was treated so inhumane! Went through drive thru to be told my order would take 10 minutes but it took 20. Instead of waiting for one of the guys to come out in the cold cold I went in and waited the last 10 minutes to witness them try to give me chicken that was already there! I demanded my money back and came to Jeffersonville In to not only be treated with dignity but also with respect. The manager Alex understood my frustration and promised he would personally create my order for me and my family. He did just that! Thanks to Alex I still believe KFC is not the best chicken!
