Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I walked in at 840 pm and the lady at the counter had an attitude not only with my girlfriend but me as well and we just walked in. I ordered dine in and went to sit down only to be met with the lobby and tables being dirty so I had to wipe off a table just to eat. I wish I could say thats it but I ordered a 4pc spicy chicken combo large. I was given my order as a take out yet I told her dine in, given classic chicken instead of spicy, and when I came back up the lady sighed then gave me the correct order and told me to keep the classic which was a nice gesture I thought. I took one bite into the spicy and was met with pink meat, i was disgusted so I went 5o get a refund and was told I was already given the classic so I couldn't get my refund which is just unprofessional in this regard. ne

Popeyes came through! Fed the whole family for the low and left happy. Food was hot, fresh, and hit the spot. Crispy chicken just right, sides tasty, and service was quick even during the rush. Great value for the price — perfect stop when you want something filling and flavorful without spending a ton. Will definitely be back! Indianapolis

Popeye's spicy chicken as it should be. However, I have no idea who is portioning the rice and beans. Literally four bites and it was gone. Sorry I was hungry, didn't think about it ahead of time. Wish I had a pic to post. OK, now I realize they forgot my biscuit on the $16 4pc combo. Drive back to the store (mostly on principle) and request my missing biscuit or another rice&beans. Cashier looks a little unsure. Manager, that's working the drive through, tosses a rice and beans on the counter without looking my way. This one's a bit more full than the first one that I didn't get a pic of.

I ordered the shrimp and chicken tender meal. It took them 15 minutes to take my order and there was only 1 other car there. When I paid I waited another 10 minutes to get my food. When I got to my room and started to eat. The chicken tenders were raw. Do they not know how sick people can get from eating that? Do they not know how to check the chicken to make sure it’s cooked. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go back.

My first time eating here in many many years. I had the original chicken sandwich with mac and cheese with a jalapeno on the side. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The chicken was so crispy. Mac and cheese had the perfect amount of golden brown.
