Hit or miss when I visit this location but I tend to stay away. Most recent health score was an 87, wow. While I was ordering, attendant didn’t notify me of the wait due to a glove shortage until about five minutes after I was waiting, after I asked to pull up because I was already waiting at the window for a couple of minutes. Was told “about five more minute’s” when told the first time, but ended up waiting an additional 15. When approached the first time I just requested a refund so I could leave and thought that was being finalize when she went back in. After giving it some time I went to check on the cancelled transaction but was told the food was almost ready. Before I start just dont come here!!!!!! Look yall I like to normally put good comments but.... There is nothing good to say about this place. When I walked in the lady that I read in many other reviews helped me after looking at me like I was a ghost.... She very rudely took my order and didn't not speak very good English. Even though she clearly speaks it. There is 5 people working and we have about 7 people in here waiting. I have now been here 20 minutes and we decided to just leave. Ill be contacting my bank for my money back. Dont waste your valuable time like we just did.

I ordered two fish sandwiches. They are made to order which is a good thing so I didn't mind the wait. What did bother me was the sanitation rate! It was 87.5 - DISGUSTING 🫣 My instinct was to drive off but I had already paid. The sandwiches were good though but I don't think I will go back due to the low sanitation rate. They need to get that rating up to at least 98 for me to go back.

I’ve been coming to this Popeyes location for about a year now, and unfortunately, the same major issue continues — severe understaffing and extremely excessive wait times. I’m honestly surprised this location is still operating given that reviews from four or five years ago mention the exact same problems. Tonight was especially frustrating. I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes just for six pieces of chicken wings. I was told that one employee walked out, and the remaining staff member was left doing everything — dropping chicken, frying food, and handling orders alone. While I can empathize with the employee who is clearly overwhelmed, this seems like a long-standing management issue that hasn’t been addressed. By far the worst Popeyes experiences I've had. (Disclaimer: I'm not the type of person to judge a place off of just a single visit, I like to give everyone a fair chance but after back to back horrible visits, I felt like I had to say something and hopefully spare someone else the same frustration.) The first time I ordered here, it took them 25 minutes to make my food with no one else in line. The girl at the window forgot I was waiting for my food, clocked out and went home, my order was prepared incorrectly and I was not given a receipt. I didn't realize until I got home. I had a few things to take care of at the time so I couldn't go back immediately, but I planned to circle back in an hour or two when I was free to correct the order.
