While the food is consistently good, the service is very poor. Today was the worst. My girlfriend ordered a chicken sandwich meal with an extra mashed potatoes; it was submitted around 2:30. I arrived at 2:45 and it was still being made. I did not get my food until 3:20. While I was there, 11 other people were waiting for their food, half of whom were already there before I showed up, and still there by the time I left. When I looked through the window, they weren’t even distributing the food for specific orders. The manager, Maria, was just stacking all the food into a pile on the counter. When people demanded to speak to her, she rolled her eyes at the customers and ignored them. Tried their boneless chicken wings for the first time. They were okay, definitely a possibility for game nights in the future. The mac and cheese on the side was amazing. No photo I ate it fast.

I’ve worked a very long day and so has my husband, we have a newborn baby, and we decided to stop through the drive thru. I was so hungry and excited but when we came home, our fry boxes were basically empty. (Not even being dramatic) we got two small value meals so I really depended on the fries. We drove 12 minutes to get there and back and we will never do it again. It’s the closest one next to us. We’re going to drive further next time… terrible. As Restaurant manager, I expected better especially for the price.

So yesterday I commented on how good the chicken was that we got from this store. It was so good we went back today. Same time about 2:30 and again amazing, delicious, juicy. This time of day to get really really fresh cooked chicken is incredible. Thank you to everyone working to make the best chicken EVER

Happy this Popeyes opened up. Needed something new around here. It's Only been 3 day's and it is crazy busy but fast and efficient. Ordered takeout got to car and they did forget my sauces but showed Edgar my receipt and was on my way definitely going back 😋
