I recently visited Popeyes and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. The worker who assisted me, Emily, made the entire visit enjoyable from start to finish. She greeted us with a warm smile and treated us with genuine kindness, immediately setting a positive tone for the meal. Her respectful and friendly attitude stood out right away, making us feel welcomed and valued as customers. What impressed me the most was how Emily went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She answered our questions with patience, double-checked our order to ensure everything was correct, and even made helpful suggestions that made our meal even better. Horrible customer service! Ordered at the drive thru and had to deal with attitude there immediately. I'm as easy going person as you can be but damn. I Get to the window to pay and had zero interaction wouldn't look at me or even speak. basically took my card handed it back and then after waiting 10 minutes for a sandwich combo, a guy came and almost threw my bag. I reached out to grab it and he pushed it into my hand extremely aggressive. I asked if that was all the order and he just looked at me. We got no straws for our drinks, no utensils for our food. Just attitude and horrible service. This was today, Saturday the 4th of October at about 12:15 lunch time break from working in the sun. The food and service was good. The one thing that bothered me, was the drink station is always a mess. My only issue.

Very politely.... Fast service... Great crew... They work together... Manager is loud but in a good way... Erik took our order he was very nice.... The food taste good... Clean bathroom... Lisa the other cashier was very helpful to the customers... She explained taking a meal would be better to a customer...
