The small fries I ordered were generous, and the service was great. However, the cleaning could be improved. They should clean the tables more frequently

I ordered before the food was literally black. Burnt didn’t say anything. Came back today and order more stuffs only to get raw and undercooked chicken tenders. Came back because it didn’t even reached 5 mins since I got it. They’re telling me the cooking time is 3 mins but they did an extra 2 mins. So why is my tenders still raw. I know what cooked food especially chicken looks like I’m literally a cook. They have the most attitude ever.

Popeyes, I will like to say this is America’s #1 chicken spot? I don’t know, but this place works for me when I’m in the mood for good chicken and fries! Customer service is always something Popeyes in Queens, NY will need to work on, but their Crunchy chicken and amazing fries will always keep me running to them for food. Do Not Eat The BISCUITS!!! Food : 7/10 Customer service : 4/10 Environment: 6.5/10 Overall : 6/10

My first visit there and it was worth the trip.The chicken and wings were very tasty.I was very satisfied and will go back when I can.

Yep! Waited parked infront until it opened to try the chicken sandwich and see if it lived up to the hype. Wasn't the only one waiting either lol. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Ordered one, sat and ate it... then got another one to go! Definitely lives up to the hype! And the staff at this particular location is great! Leads with customer service and seems like they're always out to satisfy you no matter what you're in for.
