Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I have to say simply great staff the Puerto Rican women who served me today was awesome watching her handle rude customers today. Kept it cool, calm and collective while still being very professional and making sure our food was properly serve served. And crystal register kid was keeping a distance while rude Customer was very irate. Great job

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I feel like I need to this time. I waited in line to order and asked for the number 5 combo (the 5-piece tenders). For some reason, the cashier started laughing. I asked for three sauces before paying since I know they sometimes charge for them, and also ordered my drink. When my order came out, she gave me my food but only one sauce and didn’t give me my drink, even though I saw her give drinks to every customer right after they paid. When she wasn’t busy anymore, I politely said “excuse me” but she turned around and completely ignored me again, COMPLETELY! I had to call for the manager (I believe he was the manager because he was wearing a gray shirt) and thankfully, he helped me. I honestly don’t know if it was because of my accent, how I look, or b

I have tried other Popeyes in my area and it's just not the same as my first time here at the Hillside Popeyes The service was excellent, the food was fresh, store was clean and The Atmosphere was peaceful.. The Young ladies were very welcoming I will surely visit again.. Thank you ladies 29391Mahuzur

My first time at this popyes horrible experience a couple things went wrong and i decided to eat in, i had cold chicken that wasnt fresh i can tell ,cold biscuits, flat soda and it just look like the workers just standing around and the cashier was rude. Last time at this location

The cashier was courteous and explained to me that if I wanted to get the deal I wanted I needed to use the app and she was polite.
