Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The staff there was very polite but the food was HORRIBLE they refried the chicken It was extra greasy and the breading was fried very very hard the food their was the worst POPEYES I have ever eaten sincerely speaking. I pealed the skin off to try and get some chicken from the middle.

I placed an online order at 2:39 and picked it up at 2:53pm. The food was not ready at the time I placed it. The drive thru was empty and inside the restaurant was only two people. I went to retrieve my pick up order at the pick up area. I always like to double make sure the order is accurate. As I open up the bag the fries looked like day old shriveled up bacon. I tried one just to make sure and it was disgusting. I asked if I can get new fries was greeted with a rude demeanor from the lady staff. As a GRADUATED hospitality major, her actions and words were uncalled for. Rather than just fix the small issue she wanted it to escalate. The fry area station was empty. As she’s rambling at the mouth she’s telling me it’s going to be a couple minutes wait. Literally 5 seconds later, new fries

These employees at this restaurant need to be given a course in customer service. In the drive thru I specifically asked for a number five without a drink, not only did I have to park and get out of the car to go get my food I realized that they charged me more than the number five. When I brought it to their attention they say yeah it's without a drink so it's not a combo, so I asked well can I at least have the drink since you charged me more and they told me no you ordered it without a combo even though I specifically asked for a number five, they refused to give me a drink. Then afterwards, I find out they didn't even give me a biscuit. So not only did they not listen to me when I ordered they were not willing to make it right all while having a stuck up attitude while I was very court

This Popeye's is awesome! Every time I go here they are always prompt, polite, and professional. The food is always well cooked and delicious. I've had some bad experiences with other Popeye's stores in Miami. Last night was excellent. I got into a conversation with some of the workers, Yardelys (the manager), Yadriany (a very friendly employee), and Danny (the cook). This conversation was in Spanish and my Spanish isn't so great. They were so friendly. We had a good time! Again, this place is always professional, clean, and awesome quality. I highly recommend this store! Great experience! I will return regularly!

I honestly don’t know how this Popeyes is still open. I placed a mobile order almost 40 minutes ago thinking it would save time. Big mistake. I walk in and my food hasn’t even been started. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you’re still going to wait almost an hour? The manager was beyond rude. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. When I asked about my order, I was met with eye rolls and a dismissive tone like I was inconveniencing them for expecting food I already paid for. Zero professionalism. The entire experience felt disorganized and chaotic. Employees standing around, customers waiting everywhere, and no communication whatsoever. If you’re going to offer mobile ordering, at least honor it. Waiting 40+ minutes for fast food is ridiculous. Easily one of the worst customer
