Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I tried the wraps overall they were ok probably won’t be getting again since they barely had any chicken. We also had a 4 piece and that was actually good.

Tania is awesome! I had a great experience at Popeyes thanks to Tania. She was friendly, professional, and very attentive from the moment I drove up to the drive through. She handled my order quickly, made sure everything was correct, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. It’s great to see someone who truly cares about customer service. Tania is a great asset to this location, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I started off in the drive-through but after my order I was told it was going to be a 15 minute wait so I ended up coming into the restaurant for my order. This Popeyes Louisiana kitchen is really busy I think the employees do a great job for having to deal with all the customers they deal with. I was really surprised by the way the staff greeted me they were very kind and sympathetic for me having to wait for my order and personally I think that's some great employees. I will definitely come back to this Popeyes Louisiana kitchen just because of the customer service I received.

A place an order on their app I noticed that the address was wrong so I called them. They said just cancel it and I said OK. I went on the app. Try to cancel it. The app told me no so I talked to the manager or whoever she is Her name is America. That’s what she said her response was you better just come and get this food cause we’re not about to waste our product that’s rude and disrespectful. She said you need to find a way. I said I have no way to get there cause I need to feed my kids. She said that’s not my problem. You need to make a way there I refuse to eat from the hand of someone that’s nasty rude and disrespectful. she say she’s the general manager talking to customers like they’re their kids. This is about to be a new year more disrespect and ignorant people. My family was hung

The night shift staff is amazing absolutely one of the greatest crews I've met so far and very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the food was excellent and cooked just the way I like it and fresh. Thank you night staff for a wonderful experience and for getting my sides right. 🤣
