Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Unlike some of the bad reviews that are posted, our experience was quite the contrary. We wanted a special order that the routine computer ordering stations did not offer, so we went up to the counter to order. The staff member was amicable and helpful with our order. We ordered 2 meals...2 breast only and 4 legs & thighs. While waiting for our food, we noticed that eating area was very clean and new. We received our food in about 10 minutes. Food was crispy, but a little salty for my taste buds. But, if we are in the mood for a fast-food fried chicken dinner, then we would visit a Popeye's restaurant. We enjoy their chicken.

Ordered through the app and it said my food was ready, but I still waited another 20 minutes because they told me it wasn’t, then forgot to call my name. Staff was mostly standing around talking. Food tasted much worse than other locations.

Food was great, but the service was horrible and we had to wait at least 15 minutes for our food to be ready. I mean seriously it was 2 sandwiches, it does not take that long to make. Also, when we finally got the food, all of my fries were spilled out of their container and scattered inside the bag!

The staffs at the register were nice and friendly. But I found out I did not get all of my orders. I ordered 3 pc combo (mixed, regular), missing side potato, and I got only white meats and one of them was spicy. My coworker got 3pc combo (mixed, spicy), missing biscuit, he only got white meats, too.

First time to a Popeyes. We did drive through, so I can't rate the inside. Placed our order, asked for side sauces and we were told that we order the sauces at the window. We were ordering enough food for 4 people so we didn't think it inappropriate to ask for 4 ranch dressings. Lady practically rolled her eyes and gave us 2. Really? So then we ask for two spicy sauces, she rolls her eyes again, but at least gives us two! Also, we ordered a 6 piece boneless buffalo wings, but received BBQ boneless wings. Not a game changer, but how did they mess that up? We were the only vehicle in the drive through and I don't think anyone was inside. I do like that Popeyes has more options than Canes, but at least Canes isn't stingy with their sauces! My suggestion to MGMT. Charge $.25 (or whatever your
