Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went to buy 6 Strawberry Creamcheese and I had to come back 2 times because they gave me all of them with apples being marked with strawberry, and after the second time I left because they told me that they were fine and when he arrived at my house I only have two of strawberry and four of apples, they have no organization and they don't know what they are doing.

I picked up the food in person. It was ready on time. The inside was very clean. Food was great. Service was great. Hoping to stop by here again when I visit the area.

Just had Popeyes and it was amazing! The chicken was super crispy and juicy, and the spicy flavor had the perfect amount of heat. The biscuits and mashed potatoes were on point too. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely recommend checking it out!

If I could give this zero stars I would. First thing you never do is disrespect a visibly pregnant woman! This was the worst drive thru experience. The struggle to order our food with someone who was too incompetent and messing up everything I was requesting. Then to get to the window to correct something and being told I had to go back around to add the “fries” he did not include because he couldn’t add it at the window or should I saw refused to add it. Proceeds to tell me he has a line of customers in the drive thru when 1 car was behind me. So I asked if him if he thought I was going to drive back to order fries and he said yes. I said you’re willing to waste the order ya just cooked arguing with the customer. He’s gonna tell me I can come inside. I told him he could keep that order

I stood in the lobby for at least 15 minutes. Not one person acknowledged me standing there. Tried to use the kiosk, it printed an blank receipt. My name was not on the progress list so WHO KNOWs if my order was taken. One employee with a headset walk passed me to use restroom, then walked right pass me again to go out back. Just to find out the kiosk DOESN'T work. This is not a hard jobs, even if you are busy, you can still acknowledge the customers waiting. I understand this is not fine dining and I didnt expect 5 star service. But I do expect you take your job serious and at make an effort to provide some type of customer service. If they're no customers, theres no employment here. Pretty simple.
