Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I made 3 visits in2 days and both times were defeated and bloched up!. The 1st night the order was wrong and items were missing and when I returned on the next day and explained it along with showing the order in app only to walk out trusting them to get my food right was wrong because it was still packed very wrong. I paid for the 5 piece with 2 sides and 2 biscuits and only received a 2 piece so I returned to have the order fixed which the manager stepped up once I spoke with him only to not only pack the order wrong but to purposely contaminate my food. I had black specks on some of the biscuits which was very gritty the red beans and rice looked so old that it was sickening the chicken was hard. I kept the food to return it but after thinking about it I just decided that I'm done with

I visited this location around 2 pm on a Monday, dine in. I was taken care of immediately as there were only 2 others in the restaurant. My order took about 5 min because they were waiting for fresh biscuits. My chicken and biscuits were fresh and delicious. The dining room was clean, and staff was professional. The outside of the store property was clean and manicured. I live closer to Greenfield location but this location is my preference for the above reasons.

Walk in at Lunch time Place order for my coworker and my order. 2- wing meal and Red beans and rice. 2nd order 4 wing meal. Spicy chicken meal. - let’s just say I took off work for the rest of the day. I was so sick. I could not stop vomiting at work. I don’t know if it was old grease or old chicken. Once I torn a pick off and ate some chicken. Then I smelled the chicken…. I could only eat a piece of the wing. I don’t know how much my coworkers ate but I found out just, she took of work before I took off. she was already at home, sick! Never again I called back the next day and I explained to them what happened. Of course, they claimed nobody else called or complained. I said never again! I have been to this establishment at least two or three times this year January starting 2026 I have been disappointed every time The first time I went earlier in the month I had to return my order because they gave me what they wanted to give me and not what I ordered I complained and thought maybe my order was mixed up with someone else’s . The cashier exchanged everything and gave me what I wanted, but I had to go back to the restaurant which was a bummer after waiting 20 mins. The next visit to this store my chicken was undercooked not completely cooked. I didn’t take it back to the store. I just threw it in the garbage because it was late . Well for starters, I did take my Chicken back up to the Resturant and the Mgr. Johnny took care of my order, it was nice and fresh and Delicious. Thank you very much I appreciate it. I can say my craving was satisfied.... People if you have a problem, keep your receipt, and call the Mgr...Thank you Johnny
