I always get mediocre service here. I usually get the Original Chicken sandwich and I order it EXTRA MAYO all the time and usually its just the regular amount of mayo so I always ask for additional mayo on the side. They all have the answer" We dont have mayo packets " to which I respond I would like some extra mayo in a cup or dish( like their small side paper dishes the gravy or coleslaw go in. The mostly Indian staff usually try to play dumb like they dont understand me & its always " we dont sell mayo" or "we dont have a side of mayo" or we dont have mayo packets. They know exactly what I mean but everyone has the same answer. I want extra mayo on the side in the small plastic souffle cup so I can put it on my sandwich, hello !!!! They just dont want to run to the kitchen to get a litt

Taste NOTHING like the Popeyes in NYC! VERY VERY Bland with little to NO seasoning! Why is it that cooks in CT can’t season and fry chicken like they do in NYC? Same with the KFC in Ansonia chicken actually taste undercooked No seasoning and almost raw! PLZ get NEW cooks who actually know how to fry and SEASON food!!!

First time there. Only one there. Should be taken that as a sign. The gentleman working the drive through was extremely rude. When I got my food the chicken on my sandwich was literally just breading. The piece of chicken was so thin it was non existent. The fries were cold. Absolutely disgusting. I threw it away. I can definitely tell this place isn’t staying in business much longer. There’s just no way.

November 29th, 2025 Horrible experiences. If I could I would rate this place a zero. These people look so unhappy. I came in with my mom and niece for the very first time. I don’t understand how you don’t have no food at all waited more than 6 minutes. The staff is rude you could be saying thank you and they just stare at you as if your not suppose to be pleasant. I get you have to wait for food but 40 minutes when there’s no line at all. I see why they have bad ratings I just don’t get how they still in business it’s probably due to the location. Every person who went through the drive thru were able to get their food but they did mentioned to me they ran out of food meaning chicken. I came on a rainy day. As I went through the drive-thru to pick up the order i was told they didn't have white meat (my husband's favorite). It would be 12-15 minutes. I said i would wait. I pulled to the front of the store and waited. And waited. There were only 5-6 customers in the time I waited. 25 minutes later they still hadn't brought my food out! I went back through the drive-thru and got my food. So annoyed.
