Service is base level fastfood. The seasoned shrimp options are just powder they sprinkled a tiny bit of on top of regular shrimp, they're also prone to getting orders wrong at this location. If you have a hankering for seasoned shrimp you're better off purchasing regular shrimp and seasoning it yourself, you'll get more flavor.

Only this Popeyes location makes the best chicken tenders; they're always fresh and crispy.

Nice people. The food was old and fatty and hard to chew. Pretty gross. Was asked what was wrong and was told no to a refund or credit and was given a replacement of the same gross old food. 0/10 recommended don’t go here . Even royal farms chicken beats this any day Biscuits are dry Food is gross . Unfortunately Not lovin that chicken from Popeyes

My husband and I were at location 6400 baltimore national pike. Around 4 o'clock. The manager was impatient and rude. The receipt says use within 30 days. She kept telling me 15 days. I told her it doesn't say that on the receipt. She got irritated and passed me off to someone else. The second person was very nice. If the receipt only lasts 15 days put it in writing.

WENT IN TO GET A COUPLE OF THINGS...THEY LOST MY MONEY WHEN I ASK IF THEY HAD A SEPERATE FRYER TO COOK SEAFOODS AND A SEPERATE ONE FOR THE CHICKEN AND FRENCH FRIES I'M ALLERGIC TO SEAFOOD? THE CASHER SAID I DON'T KNOW LET ME ASK. SHE CAME BACK SAYING THEY COOK EVERYTHING IN THE SAME OILS. I WAS IN THE RESTAURANT SO I WENT OUTSIDE TO MY VEHICLE WHERE MY FAMILY WAS TO SEE IF MY REST OF THE FAMILY WAS GOING TO EAT STILL BECAUSE I COULDN'T, THEY SAID YES. WHEN I WALK BACK IN THE RESTAURANT AND WAITING IN LINE, THE SAME CASHIER TELLS THE MANAGER IN SPANISH, THERE IS THE GUY WHO SAID CAN'T ORDER IF SEAFOOD IS COOK IN SAME OIL AND ALSO SAYS WHO IS ALLERGIC TO SEAFOOD....LIKE SHE NEVER HEARD OF THAT!!
