I had waited 20 minutes for my Mac and cheese and mash potatoes because they said I had too and they gave me two orders of fries and my chicken wasn’t right either I had ordered dark meat … will never order here again this place just don’t care about customers or there reputation 0/10

They have given the wrong order on multiple occasions. I don’t blame the young people working because it is overwhelming in there just based on what I see. But the guy doing drive thru is taking to long to respond. You hear him laughing and talking a lot and just sitting down. Not helping or anything. The young ladies working are doing their best. But this location needs better management to help them.

Came here June 4th at 1pm through the drive thru. I had just placed order online & when I got to the window they told me to pull around and wait since my order just pulled up. I waited for 1 hour, and they must’ve forgot I was waiting. I didn’t want to get out the car because it was raining. Then after waiting for 1 hour my food was cold and the piece of chicken they gave me for my blackened chicken wrap was extremely thin and it tastes like I was only eat tortilla. This place is extremely unorganized and the workers don’t care at alll. Shouldn’t be working in fast food

Not my best Popeys experience. The staff was very busy as expected. Friendly service. The atmosphere was slightly sketchy at but nothing to be too concerned about. The only thing decent was the chicken; I asked for spicy and got mild. The biscuit was dry as a rock in the sun. The red beans and rice was slightly below average for Popeyes standards. The pie was well, I only ate half of it and I really like pie. Maybe I caught them on an off night; very off night.

My 1st time going to this location and the Service was Amazing! The prices were even better than the location in Lansing. I will definitely be back!
