Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went to drive through. Waited for my order to be taken. Was not busy at all. After an uncomfortable amount of wait. I checked to see if you were open online , said yes . I didn’t order, I did not get any food , I did not get service. That’s what I can attest to. I guess you don’t need my Business. Hope all goes better in your future .

I ordered 37$ worth of food at this Popeye's tonight. I got to the drive thru and was told they did not have my order. I drove around again and this time with my receipt from the app and was told that they still could not find my order. It was for the right Popeye's and everything. Said on the app my order was being prepared. I was told to be able to get refunded I had to cancel through the app because "it is a third party". I was unable to cancel my order it said it was in the process of being prepared. I contacted customer service about this and was offered a $20.00 coupon. Which is ridiculous. I then was out having to buy 2 different dinners for my family of 6 and make the 45 minute drive to town in the first place. I tried to call the actual store to be directed on what I need to do an

The lack of customer service at this location in Byram is off the charts. The individuals at the drive thru are the rudest I’ve ever experienced and frankly unworthy of employment that deals with people and their food. I placed a mobile order for Cajun fries. I was advised at the window that “we ain’t even got no fries.” As if I should have known. And then I was advised very rudely to go through the app for my refund. After driving away, I attempted to call the store to speak to the manger and of course they couldn’t be reached. In this economy, where my money has more value than ever to me, customer service will dictate where I spend it.

I was placing my order through the drive-thru with a young man and then this rude lady gets on the intercom to tell me that I need to come inside to place my order. I have a family of four and we all got something separate. I have came through the line plenty of times and ordered food for us with no problem but tonight I was not allowed to order for my family. I’m not sure what that lady’s problem was but she should not be serving anyone.

Rude employees and poor service. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches at 8:57 pm and received them at 9:17 pm. To top it off the order was wrong and they wanted to argue and complain about fixing it. Will never go to this Popeyes again. Management needs to address the problems at this location.
