Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went thru the drive thru. Ordered a 3 piece, white, spicy chicken with a strawberry lemonade, 2 shrimp tackle boxes and some fried pickles. I wasn't given a receipt. I was asked to pull ahead to the next window. I received the order, my 3 piece, white, spicy was a thigh (dark meat) a leg also (dark meat) and a wing. The order of pickles (photos attached) burnt some pieces contained NO PICKLES!! My lemonade was missing and the shrimp was just tails. I will NEVER EVER go back to this location!!!!

I placed an order for the 20 dollar bundle at 3:26pm didn't get it until 3:55pm not only that I ordered two boneless wings one garlic parmesian and one signature hot a classic chicken sandwich and two fries. Had me and my girlfriend waiting for a good 30 mins got the order and what happens you didn't give me fries you gave me some mashed potatoes thing I didn't even want and you'd put a bunch of expired coupons in the bag that way don't check the bag this is totally unacceptable and I will never come back to that place again I expect a refund.

The stafff concentrates on the delivery personal only. We were in Popeyes for an half hour watching others pick up door dash and Uber eats while we waited for our food. Staff gave the customers waiting a free drink for their time. The restaurant tables were dirty and the front counter too. No one was at the counter to take orders. The worst experience I ever had. I will not patronize this Popeyes again. The Drive thru and indide orders were delayed due to the delivery orders ..

I got Great services from the employee here, I'm ordering pick up on the store and the food already made on time also I got extra chicken, thank you for all the employees on Popeyes 1800 Mount Holly, you guys excellent

The worst service- actually there was NO service. Went there for fried pickles and biscuits. Stood there for 15 minutes and the staff completely ignored us. I felt like I was being pranked. An absolute joke
