Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Very disappointed with this location. My son wanted to try the Five nights at Freddy's deal and ordered drive thru with a side of cheese curds. My son got his meal.. and checked for my side of cheese curds .. they were not in the bag. Told the girl I was missing my curds ..and she said they come with the meal.. I said no, those are his that come with his meal but I also ordered a side of cheese curds. She asked for my receipt, closed the window then after a few minutes she handed me a bag. I said thank you and drove off never checked the bag.. My son opened the bag and this is what I got!! It came with a parchment sheet inside balded up and the curds were on top, and when he took it out this is how much curds were there!! Very disappointed cause its always something with this location!!! W

They’re never doing their job right. I sat at the window for over 5 mins watching this women on her phone. And prior to that, 5 minutes at the drive through board. I had to knock on the window for them to notice and start doing their jobs.

First we get to the drive-through and the Voice from the box says Popeyes in them, most annoyed monotone style, followed by a very long thigh, like we were disturbing his peace. We ordered got to the next window. The lady who helped us was nice and friendly and we ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and their new fried pickles. I wouldn’t necessarily call them fried pickles. They were more like fried crust. They were super crunchy and I don’t know if they use dried out pickles to make them or what, but there was no pick flavor at all, and they were so crunchy to the point of being hard. The mashed potatoes and gravy is always good although the gravy could’ve used a little salt, but that could just be me. The service was so so the fried pickles were horrible. Wonderful service! So placed an order via the app for a family meal. Showed up to pick it up and figured out i had placed for the wrong location (not sure how but I wasn't paying attention after selecting the Bryant location that it had changed...totally my fault) so I asked the manager and showed the app where I had already paid.. the manager, he took care of it, made my order and even said he would call the other store for me! This manager went above and beyond service and set an example for his employees! He deserves a raise. Complete exception customer. Wish I could remember his name. Thank you sir.

My family recently ate here. Chicken was tasty and fries had a great spice to them - unfortunately it all had the feel that it had been under a great lamp for a while. Since this was around 6pm, that's probably not a good sign. The employee who meet us at the counter - after several minutes of not being acknowledged - was complaining to other employees that someone else hadn't done it and didn't seem too happy to be at work. Food was ok, but I probably won't be back to this location. Maybe you'll have better luck?
