Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went to this location one day while I was at the mall. It was around 9pm and when I came in nobody spoke to me. I sat down and worked on a mobile order and they asked me if I was ordering. I was sitting there for about 20 minutes waiting for an update on my order after expressing which one was mine. One of the ladies working was wiping down tables and putting up chairs but the chairs kept falling apart. Then she started sweeping and was sweeping under us as we were sitting there waiting. Soon after she told us the seating area was closed while we were still waiting for our food but no one else was there. When I asked about my order from waiting so long, the man told me he didn't have NO classic chicken. He offered me spicy chicken but didn't have no proper chicken pieces. They watched me

They serve chicken that’s not fully cooked. My apple pie was still doughy. I bought a combo and the only edible thing was the fountain juice and mash potatoes. For $15 I feel robbed. I literally had to eat the edges of my sandwich because that was the only part that was fully cooked

02/28/2026 went into this establishment and got 3 piece chicken meal, the chicken was uncooked, I reported it to the cashier, he replaced it and the replacement was still red n runny(uncooked).I am fearing i may have contracted salmonella and I also over heard other people reporting that same issue to them and all they all reacted with an attitude.

So dirty. I tried, I really tried to give this Popeyes a second chance but I couldn’t. It was and is always so DIRTY!! There are 4-5 employees behind the counter, 2 of which were standing there chatting. I walked up to place my order & told the cashier that it’s very dirty. She just nod her head & told me the cost for my food. I mean, at least acknowledge what I’m saying to you & have som1 give the place a quick brush up.

I am disgusted and disappointed. I felt discriminated against and I am a rewards member and a paying customer. I placed a mobile order for pick up at this location. When I came in I gave them my name and this gentleman told me 3 mins. I was 3 mins early but there was no one in front of me. I decided to order a large strawberry lemonade as you can see on the receipt. I was unable to get the drink right away so I sat down with my 3 year old daughter. They never called my name to tell me my order was ready. I decided to get up and seen my orders to the side of the register. I wasn’t greeted properly nor was I informed that my paid orders were ready for pick up. As I sat and ate, I completed the necessary steps and put my validation code on the back of my receipt so I could retrieve my free 2
