Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

By far the best fried chicken I've had in Mississippi in years. Jackson Popeyes are garbage compared to this one in Brandon. The people were polite. They let me know they were out of stuff before I tried ordering it. (It was close to closing time) Still I got top knotch chicken and sides. I even called the store afterwards to thank them and compliment them on the food and quick service. I'll go back for sure.

Thos location is wonderful! The service was great, friendly, and swift and the food was great, too! The chicken was nice, crispy, and juicy, red beans & rice were good, the biscuit was of course a Popeye biscuit (we all know how that goes) but it was still nice, and water was nice and cold just the way I like it. Apple pies were sweet, hot, and tasty with plenty of cinnamon sugar dust!😋

This is one of the worst Popeyes to come to. I placed my order 15 minutes ago and they told me I only had 3 minutes to wait on chicken. I don’t know who is the manager, but they are providing an awful experience for me. After bringing my order 20 minutes later they bring me a thigh that look like it was cut in half. This is terrible. The manager didn’t even seem concerned when I asked for my money back. She didn’t offer an alternative resolution or anything.

You are either going to get your food really fast, or it will take over half an hour when the line has more than a few cars. No consistency. Food is always fine, but the excessive wait time is horrible. If there are more than three people in line, drive away or bring a book to read.

Always great stopping by this location. The service is good, the employees friendly and the food brings you back time and again. This is the only location in Rankin County I have gotten the now infamous chicken sandwich. Always fresh and delicious. I have also fallen in love with their delicious mac and cheese.
