27 minute ticket time. For cheese curds. Absolutely abhorrent service that did not offer to remedy the issue in any way. They had “forgotten” to throw the food into the fryer when there are multiple screens showing tickets. I’ve worked food service and I know how it is, but this deserves a serious reprimand both in terms of work ethic and customer service. Seriously disappointed. Don’t give this location your money. Photo included here has timestamps of when the order was placed and when we were STILL waiting.

Been here twice and didnt wait longer than 10 minutes both times. They lack staff and still blow me away each time I went. Only $10 for a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. What more could I ask for? The pies are a great addition as well and the employees are very friendly.

This is not the first time this has happened. The manager on duty took my order and when I bought a combo meal he gave me a 8 oz cup instead of a regular 16 oz cup. The 8 oz cup is for kids sizes. It seemed like he deliberately did it on purpose because when I said something to him about it, he said this is a size cup that you get with the combo with the smile. Almost like it's his intentional. It happens again. I find another place to eat and get my money back

I ordered chicken strips and fries without a drink. I didn’t not receive a drink. The cashier told me, “Water is complimentary, so I’ll just mark water as your drink and you won’t be charged for one.” Unfortunately, that turned out to be untrue. When I tested a mock order in the app and included a drink, the total was exactly the same as what I paid—meaning I was charged as if I had purchased a drink anyway. I’m disappointed that I was misled.

Waited 30 minutes for an online order, sat in front of the store, and was finally told that the store ran out of chicken sandwiches. I literally saw chicken sandwiches on the counter. Workers were standing around and/or leaving their post to talk with the Charleys workers instead of helping the other customers in line. Manager was absolutely disrespectful when I confronted her about the missing order. Don't go. Needs a complete overhaul.
