Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

On my last 2 visits at the Bastrop Popeyes the food was fresh and good along with service. However, the line inside was longer than outside so it took a while. It's a hit or miss kind of thing when going there as they are always busy from time they open to close. The service has gotten better so that's a huge plus.

I deliver for Uber Eats and I pick up from this store as little as possible. They get the order wrong, give the order to the wrong person, or simply can't find the order, nine times out of 10. They are rude and unprofessional 10 times out of 10. After yet another failure today, I refuse to take any deliveries from Popeyes on any app. It's not worth wasting the gas to go have my order cancel on me for their slow, rude, constantly incorrect service and I am ashamed to deliver food from this location.

Extremely slow. I like Popeyes. I eat here about every three months. But you will wait. Would eat more but the wait is crazy. As I right this review. There are 2 people that ordered in front of us. There are 5 cars in the drive thru. And we have a 45 minute wait. They have very poor leadership apparently. I guess the owners could care less. Because it never changes. Been this way for years now. Point of review. Be ready to wait. Bring a book are a project with you and you will be good.
