Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered takeout online. Please take a close look at my order to see what's missing. The service is so bad. You've collected the money, but the food is lacking. Who will bear my losses?

Fries are always over greased and chicken is cold like high school stale lunch…no warmth. And I gwt it’s getting colder out but that shouldn’t make the chicken THAT cold. Stale cold. they don’t even cover them in sauce well. Didn’t get ranch.

We frequently get large mango teas from any Popeyes location we’re near at the time. We usually get the large white paper cups. We went through the drive thru at this location. Our receipt said 2 large mango iced teas but when we got to the window, they handed us a medium, clear cup. Questioned if it was a large and they said they can only do medium because of the mango syrup. It doesn’t matter what type of cup you put it in; there’s no certain size cup mango syrup can go in; the product is the same right? They handed us one tea and said they needed to make some more tea so we needed to pull around to the front and wait. Waited 10 minutes, never handed us the second mango tea. Paid for 2 large mango teas, only gave us 1 medium. Didn’t even offer a refund. Will not come to this Popeyes loca

I came to this Popeyes and my point stands as this Popeyes NEVER gets your order right. Juan at the register walked up and started staring at me no hi's or welcomes and proceeds to ask me to constantly repeat items and never asks anything else or says the total or anything he looked upset and mad the whole time and didn't help at all the lady jn the back was nice but I ordered 3 sandwiches for my family and I, upon other things and I come home to realize half the food isn't even on the recipe. Never coming back to this Popeyes.

Being that Popeye's is a chicken place you would expect they would at least be able to make a decent piece of fried chicken. Well you would be sadly mistaken in this case. The chicken was barely seasoned, the Cajun fries were cold and the "home style" Mac and cheese had a metallic taste to it. Add to that the portions were pathetically small considering the price paid and that about sums up the 1 star rating.
