Great experience at this Popeyes! This was my second visit in the last three weeks, and once again everything was excellent. The lobby was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly, which made it easy to sit and enjoy a meal with my kids. I don’t didn't catch the name of the tall, dark-haired, pretty young woman who took my order, but she was wearing a grey shirt instead of the usual orange, so I believe she may have been in charge. Both times we’ve been there, she has provided outstanding service—very welcoming, polite, and patient. Her positive attitude really stands out and makes the experience even better. Just bought this, and this as full as it was given to us. We bought 2 large Macaroni and cheese. And they both was not even full. I went to the site and saw a picture of someone setting at a table with food. And the Macaroni and cheese was all the way to the top. This is not right after paying over $14.00 come on get real.. I can go to KFC and get a Macaroni and cheese bowl for the same price and it’s bigger.

Brandon, the General Manager, truly goes above and beyond to ensure his team excels and meets high expectations every day. It’s clear that nothing in the fast-food industry is easy, but this location genuinely strives to be better in every way. From the leadership to the teamwork, you can feel the effort and pride they put into their work. This Popeyes stands out because of its commitment to quality, service, and continuous improvement. It has been several bad experiences ago since I have eaten at a Popeyes. When we queried "who uses tallow to cook their chicken", Popeyes popped up. We have stayed away from fried chicken because of the seed oils and mainly rape seed oils they are fried in. Probably too much information, sorry. This Popeyes blew me away! The food was great! The restaurant was super clean and great looking, and the employees were top notch. I would like to repeat all of that just for emphasis! What a great surprise! Needless to say, we will be going back for some chicken, red beans and rice, and coleslaw. Update: I have revisited this Popeyes on four different occasions and haven't been disappointed yet. Very good dining experience each time.

In the age of low expectations when it comes to customer service, this place has taken crown as the worse. I tolerated bad customer service from this restaurant in the past because it is convenient for lunch near work. The last time was the final straw and I am never going back. I ordered on the mobile app lunch. Upon arrival I was told they did not receive the order. Then I showed them my paid email receipt that it was ordered from their store. Again, the young girl behind the counter only said, "I don't have it". Then I asked since I have a paid receipt could I still pick up the order. All she said, literally was "I don't have it" On the way out the door I asked again if there was anything they could do. Again, all she said is "I don't have it"...
