Food was very unexceptable. Worst experience today. I spent 54.35 on food. I had to throw away. Wasn't able to even eat any of the food. Rachael did offer gift card, but I didn't want to take the drive back. Overall service this day was 1. NOT SATISFIED. The chicken tenders were drowned in grease. The fries were not fresh. Ghost pepper wings were not done completely. Just Awful!!!!

We decided on fried chicken and Popeyes was closest. Had only been there once before and WILL NEVER be back. I went through the drive through ordered 16 pieces Family with all the trimmings. Mac & Cheese Cole slaw and fries. I asked if Tea came with it. She said no So I asked to add a Gallon of tea. She Told me to pull to the window. I paid and she said chicken is cooking to park and we will bring out to you. I didn’t mind that cause I expected the chicken to be fresh and hot. I was there waiting over 30 min and she brought out the chicken and fixings out but no Tea. I said I don’t see the TEA. She said oh? I’ll go get it. So to save her some steps I pulled through the drive thru so she wouldn’t have to walk out of the restaurant. I drove up and she said that will be $8.?? And some change

I placed a large prepaid online order and arrived to pick it up, only to be told at the counter that my order had been canceled because they “couldn’t make that,” despite it already being paid for. I was told there was barely any chicken available, and no effort was initially made to offer a solution. The black female employee working the front counter had a nasty, dismissive attitude from the moment I walked in. She was unprofessional and spoke inappropriately within my hearing while I was trying to understand the situation. In contrast, the young male employee working in the back (Hunter) stepped in, clarified that the order could be made, and personally prepared it. He was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, one employee’s professionalism does not outweigh the poor conduct displ

Probably the last time I eat here. Fast food prices are through the roof yet service has diminished. The order is NEVER correct. Why allow me to chose my preferred pieces of chicken to only give me the cold pieces that have been sitting since lunch. Ordered 12 pieces of chicken didn’t request a single thigh yet a third of my order was thighs. 3rd time this has happened. Receipt is correct, the actual food in the bag is nowhere near what’s on the receipt. How are you an employee and weren’t trained to properly fill an order. These employees just do their own thing. I’ll go somewhere that actually gives me what I pay for. Seems simple, place an order, fill an order. Ridiculous. Not to mention ordered large sides and got half full containers. Enough to feed 2 adults NOT A FAMILY.

I absolutely will never come here again. I came to this one for the first time since 2021 and the customer service is terrible. I’ve worked in customer service myself for 3 years and never I been to a restaurant that doesn’t know how to do refunds. My significant other and I ordered 2 of the chicken sandwiches and without even letting us know they did not have the filet patty, so they ended up giving us 3 extremely small chicken tenders on our sandwich. They told us the general manager would be here in 5 minutes but it took around a hour. I can’t believe it took all of this for just one refund, when I tell you I’ll never come back here, and I’ll be leaving a review on tiktok for this exact location as well.
