I rarely leave reviews because I feel like they do absolutely no good and judging from the reviews on this location, in which the bad far outweighs the good, this place is definitely no different. I have been to location multiple times and I have absolutely nothing good to say about it. They are out of something every single time I go no matter what time of the day it is and last night was no different. I ordered the 10 piece family meal, an extra side of mac and cheese and a gallon of sweet tea. When I arrived they had no mac and cheese, as usual, and no sweet tea. I asked for Hawaiian Punch… didn’t have that either. You can’t get a gallon of soda so my only option was basically lemonade which I can’t stand. So she told me I could ask for a refund through the app. Well the app doesn’t off

Today is Sunday, March 2,2025. I must say I had the worst experience at a restaurant today that I have had in a very long time. We tried the Popeyes in Verona first. They were out of chicken. We arrived here shortly before 4:00PM. We got our food after 4:40. We placed four orders between the two of us. We did not receive one receipt for the four orders. The guy that took the orders was nice, but that’s about it. The short older man that came in around 5:00PM was rude to multiple guests. My order was wrong after waiting almost 45 minutes for our food. I ordered a 3 piece tender. Instead I ended up with two thighs and a breast. By this time I wasn’t about to go back for the tenders. Multiple guests were waiting an hour plus for their food. I will definitely not make the mistake of returning

Be careful and don't order at the Kiosk. It will let you order items that they are out of. However, I ordered at the register and they were out of large cups. The chicken was what I expected; however, i ordered 8 pieces chicken only and was charged $17.29. I could have gotten 3- $5 faves with 3 pieces of chicken each for $15. I felt ripped off once I realized that. Even mentioned to staff that just agreed with me. I won't be back and don't expect this place to stay open long.

Wanted to stop in just for a quick snack before getting back on the road, wish I would have just stopped at chick fil a like I planned! Ordered 2 wraps and paid, just for them to tell me after they didn’t have any wraps, they offered us tenders which was fine, if the tenders weren’t freezing cold! No one seemed to know what they were doing.

My experience at this location is always great! I can’t complain, every time I come here for food or just a drink they always have what’s on the menu. The staff here are very well trained and never rude , pleasant music in the lobby area, clean, fresh and fast service . And they never charge me for sauce! Thanks guys!!
