Pop Donuts

I really wanted to love this place because the customer service is genuinely wonderful. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which definitely makes the experience pleasant. That said, the value just isn’t there. The donuts are okay — not bad, but not exceptional either. For the price, I expected something far more memorable. Paying $120+ for four dozen donuts feels excessive, especially considering the quality. Great service can go a long way, but when it comes to repeat business, the pricing needs to match the product. I hope they reconsider their pricing structure because the team deserves success.

The couple who run this donut shop are so amazing! I called them for last minute custom happy birthday donuts and they had them ready at 9AM the following day. The donuts were delicious and beautiful, and the gentleman sang happy birthday! Love this place and the people. Will be returning!

I went around 10:30pm. He is was accommodating. Donuts were stale with ridiculous high prices. Never again.

The owners are the sweetest!!! Today was my little girl's 4th birthday and they even sang Happy Birthday to her! They have beautiful and delicious donuts and cronuts! If you haven't had a cronut you are missing out! The 45 minute round trip drive to Pop Donuts was worth it!
