Poole's Drive-In

I would definitely recommend stopping here. This place is such an adorably nostalgic little gem. I felt like I walked into an episode of diners, drive-ins, and dives. The regulars and waitstaff were super friendly and accommodating! Luckily we arrived at lunchtime on a Friday so we ordered the Fish fry with Mac & Cheese (Friday only specials). Since we were just in need of a light lunch we split the Fish fry dinner between the 2 of us and still had leftovers! The fish came out fast it was piping hot and smelled delicious and tasted just as good as it smelled! Large portions but very affordable prices (cash only). We will definitely be back when in the area as we had such a delightful experience here. Love the funny signs and great vintage decor - this place is a vibe for sure!

Dont order a full order of sausage gravy over biscuits,its too much and tastes awesome

Nice quiet spot in the country with friendly service and simple tasty food reasonably priced.

I remember when it first reopened and everything was spot on. But when I went today I got a cherry flavored milkshake that was supposed to be extra thick malted, but I got a runny milkshake flavor with cheap flavoring that made the milkshake taste like cardboard and the birthday cake flurry seemed like frosting mixed with ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. Not my best experience.

Charming ice cream and diner stop! Love their vanilla milkshakes and hot fudge Sundaes. Beautiful country setting and friendly service. For food, try the burgers with macaroni salad, or fresh Fish Fry with cole slaw on Friday nights.
