Sooo flavorful. I put them on everything from sandwiches, salads, or I just eat them straight out the container with a little balsamic and olive oil. Definitely recommend for those to switch it up from regular lettuce and spinach as a topping for meals.
I always took micro greens for a garnish. Not these. They are bursting with complex flavors. Good folk too.
THE MOST delicious micro greens! It’s a very new food to me, but Matt was happy to explain all of the benefits and ways to enjoy them! Will be back!
My daughter and I can not get enough of their greens. So good.
