As soon as I walked in to place my order the whole area smelled like the Best bbq Chicken that I ever smelled. The pricing was very economical to feed 5 people. As I got home to open the bag that smell filled up my kitchen. The chicken melted off the bone and the fresh tortillas were nice and warm. The beans and rice tasted just like my mom's cooking and it brought a tear to my eye. The green salsa was so fresh and tasty with the flavor hitting your pallet. I would give this place 100 stars if I could it was the best grilled chicken that I have had.

Nice and fresh chicken. This is my first time and Yummy. I will come back for more.

Wanted to check this place out for awhile now since I always pass by it and smell the mesquite smoke while driving by. I ordered the #6 plate which comes with a 1/4 of a chicken. I ordered the picosa which is slathered with spicy sauce after cooking on the recommendation of one of the reviews. I have gotten regular as well. Both hit the spot It also comes with a side of beans and Spanish rice, 2 containers of salsa (red or green) and corn tortillas. The chicken was full of flavor and the spices kicked in. It was moist and not dry in the least bit. The sides were also very delicious. Very affordable and worth the price. It is very filling if you finish the whole plate. The chicken is SO GOOD. Just went here for the first time and it’s smoky, moist and so good. Will be going back all the time from now on!

First time. We got 2 -1/2 chicken combos and 4 carne Asada tacos. Flavorful rice and beans (de la Jolla style). Chicken was juicy and while marinated, the chicken flavor still came through. Red (hot) and green salsas were very good. They also looked visually appealing. Each meal came with 5 tortillas. Your choice corn or flour. At 6pm on a Monday night, we waited about an hour. It was recommended by others in line that calling ahead is optimal. Which we could see people arriving for that. What I noticed regarding call ahead orders. There is no dedicated pick up and people are very respectful not to cut the line. Which I found polite, yet, there were opportunities for someone to peek into the service window and ask if your number was ready. If you dont, you might never know it was ready.
